Mountain State Classics Region Receives AACA Charter
On August 9, 2013 the Mountain State Classics Region, located in Petersburg, WV received its AACA Charter. Bob Parrish, VP Regions Development & Support - Eastern Division, made the presentation to Don Thorne, Region President. There were 16 people present for the charter presentation. The Region serves a 3-County area in the Eastern Panhandle of the state. This group of antique car enthusiasts was founded in 2000 and since has been sponsoring annual meets and cruise-ins in the local area. Franklin Gage, a long time AACA member and resident of Petersburg, WV was instrumental in the formation of this new Region. Members of the Mountain State Classics Region are planning a tour to the AACA Museum in Hershey soon.

"Helping Hands" on 11 October 2013
During the 11 October 2013 Club Meeting, members "passed the hat" for contributions for a fellow Club member to offset unforseen costs assocaited with an illness, and being unable to work. As one member stated, "We are Family and Need to Help Our Own"! Three hundred dollars ($300) was collected during the meeting and presented. A "Special Thank You" to all who donated.
